for RMA Repair or Replacement.

defective item.
Customer pays shipping back to Thunder Stream Bend LLC for
non-defective Exchange or Refund.
Customer pays shipping back to customer for non-defective item
return (otherwise 15% restocking fee).

reliable shipping option for your order. Sometimes that is UPS,
sometimes it’s FedEx. We NEVER use USPS.
